In 2021, the Gunston School approached Green Fin Studio for help in increasing awareness and reach surrounding their environmental programming, particularly the Chesapeake Watershed Semester. The school was looking to expand on their current audience and reach new prospective parents and students looking to enroll in the Watershed Semester, as well as showcase the unique experiences their environmental programming provides to potential funders. To accomplish this, Green Fin Studio developed a marketing plan that leverages both traditional and social media outlets. In addition to completing a website audit and implementing an SEO strategy for the Chesapeake Watershed Semester website, Green Fin studio developed a social media strategy and content, as well as promotional videos for the program to increase their digital presence. Green Fin Studio has also written articles for website and regional print publications to increase the program’s reach.
